~A/N: Listen As You Read! www.youtube.com/watch?v=5UUO_N… ~
Midnight twinkled in the deep blue azure of the sky, stars shimmering brighter than diamonds and moon a full glimmering orb. The soft gentle breeze of the nighttime wind fluttered into the lonely room through the window that was thrown open every evening. The serene, slightly icy darkness was welcoming, peaceful and calming in a way. And yet... A shadowed essence loomed in the darkness of the shadowed room. The horrid habit that developed every night was merely a mistake...
Jolt, scream, twitch, lurch, whimper. Repeat. Jolt, scream, twitch, lurch, whimper. Repeat. It was an endless cycle of torment and agony, the reoccurring nightmare reiterating over and over again with none of its small blissful moments available to make up for the abominable memory. His actions outside of his unconscious state, he was unaware of. He wasn't receptive of how his screams echoed throughout the castle, worrying his precious comrades ever so much of his well-being. And after the night's deadly torture, the morning would bring drastic and severe throbbing in his head and heart. His mind would spin with fantasies and hallucinations of something that would never be authentic enough to form a physical being.
With a final low screech, he shot up in his mattress, haphazardly throwing his blankets off of his frame as he frantically kicked at their silky softness. His eyes were wide with panic and terror as he attempted to fill his lungs with as much oxygen as he possibly could, chest heavily moving up and down with the effort. His fear-filled features were unusual for the man -although his actions and entire being seemed bizarre lately.
His grey hues darkened and brightened with his conflicting emotions that turned his head into a mess of static and other muffled thoughts and notions. He aimlessly gazed at the corner of the room, scrambling to the edge of the bed. "You shouldn't be here," he murmured, standing unstably on his feet, having to catch himself by placing his hand on the walls sturdy surface.
He outstretched his arm, helplessly grasping at the wispy air that was the nighttime breeze blowing in through the wide open window. "They'll find you," he whispered. His expression suddenly turned to one of vexation, brows knitting together with frustration as he pushed himself off the wall, stumbling to the other side of the room.
"LEAVE! YOU'LL GET HURT IF YOU STAY, LEAVE! They're coming and so many have fallen as it is, I can't have you disappear from me as they have. LEAVE! STAY SAFE, AND LEAVE!" He struggled for his breath, body trembling with his lack of energy due to his lessening eaten and sleeping habits. "I don't need you here... You'll just distract me from my responsibilities. GET OUT OF THE WAY, LEAVE!" He grabbed the nearest object beside him -which happened to be a mirror- and threw at at the wall with a sickening shatter.
Onyx-black, raven locks stuck to his sweat-slicked forehead as he panted for air, pale face slackening with disbelief and shock. His imaginary silhouette dissipating from his vision, ceasing to exist as it did every night. He spun around, desperately seeking for his lost love as he staggered about the room, feet splayed apart and arms outstretched. "W-Where did you go?" he stuttered, turning around once again. "D-Don't leave me! You can't leave me, I have to have you here! Come back!"
He dashed forward, hands gripping the windowsill firmly enough to make his knuckles whiter than the complexion of his visage. His steely grey orbs filled with salty water droplets heavy enough to drip down his sallow cheeks. "I'm so sorry," he whispered, hanging his head. "It's all my fault... I didn't mean those things... Don't leave, fight for me..."
He slid down the wall, crumpling to his knees as his palms gripped the windowsill with the rest of the strength he contained. Pressing his forehead against the chilled wall, he choked back a sob that threatened to escape its imprisonment in his throat. "Stay, please," he murmured, tears freely trickling down his sunken cheeks.
Grey hues widening, he slowly turned to face the empty space behind him. "But in a way... you're still here..."

Every night, I dream you're still here.
The ghost by my side, so perfectly clear.

When I awake, you'll disappear,
Back to the shadows
With all I hold dear.

With all I hold dear.

Disturbances [Insane!Levi x Reader] [AU]
Levi growled as he struggled against his binds. The monsters holding him in this white dungeon came after you again, and all you could do was stand there. He killed a few before with his bare hands, no less!
All he needed to do was break free. He was a captain for heaven’s sake!
These creatures were a ghostly white, tall and thin. Occasionally, they grabbed for you, leaned in close to you as if threatening your life. It sickened him. You were the only thing of importance to him. He had to get them away!
With another hiss, Levi twisted and squirmed, using every bit of strength he contained inside his short frame.

You're not alone:RivaillexReader
You watched it all...watched how your friends died. Watched as Eren got abducted. Watched as Rivaille handed over what remained of Petra's memory.Watched as Rivaille's face filled with grief...doubt...loneliness...regret...a loss of duty as her father approached him. You watched through everything...yet you couldn't do a thing. The pain and fear that had struck you still remained, your eyes were dull and seemingly lifeless as of what remained of the survey corps entered the gates.
The people stared, then the crowd erupted in anger. Their questions came one after the other, none of them were answered. The nonchalant and grief-stricken faces o

Levi x Reader - Stay With Me
Panting, I quickly shoot through the trees with my 3DMG, clutching my jacket to the gushing wound on my side. I had to get back to headquarters to warn the others. The titans had breached the second level of the forest.
They weren't supposed to get that far.
Gritting my teeth together, I press the button to make my suit go faster. I'm already losing a lot of blood and at this rate, I'm not going to make it.
I should have seen those blasted titans coming, but somehow, I didn’t. One of them jumped out at me, causing me to get flung at a tree. When I had reached impact, there was a crunching sound around my ribs, and red everywhere.

I LOVE TO BREAK EVERYONE'S HEARTS
Insane!Levi is pretty sad now so it's your fault for dying on him- I mean go give him a hug Ghost!Reader
The entire time, Levi's basically recounting his past memories of an expedition, where he told the Reader that she only distracted him and to leave. And due to the trauma of losing her -and partially blaming himself for her death- he went on a one-way ticket to Crazy Town on the Nope Train
And by the way, can we take a moment to appreciate that the sTRAPS ARE DRAWN CORRECTLY IN THE PICTURE THAT IS BEAUTIFUL TO ME <3
Yeah so here's some lovely angst
I swear the next fic will be happy fluff
Maybe not it depends
Thanks For Reading!
